Blood Christmas?
A Bloody Christmas ❗
In a small village deep in the mountains of Northern Europe, where winters are long, dark and cold, the story of a bloody Christmas has become a terrifying legend passed down through generations.
1. Old stories and the bone-chilling cold 🤮
The village named Skogsdalen, surrounded by dense pine forests, is remote and has only one small road leading into it. This village has no electricity, no modern infrastructure, only cozy wooden houses, and the villagers live mainly on farming and raising livestock. In winter, heavy snowfall makes the only road into the village almost completely isolated.
On Christmas Eve, every family in the village gathers together, lights candles and shares stories and traditional songs. But one Christmas season, a terrible thing happened, turning the festive season from a time of joy to a terrifying nightmare.
2. Christmas Eve Tragedy
That year, it was so cold that you could hear the wind whistling through the cracks in the wooden doors. Everyone in the village was looking forward to a peaceful Christmas, like every year. However, that year something strange happened. On the night before Christmas, a stranger appeared at the village gate. He was wearing tattered clothes, his face was cold, and his eyes were shining brightly, as if he had no human feelings.
He said nothing, just stood silently in the dark night, his eyes shooting out a strange light that made anyone who looked at him feel the hair on their backs stand on end. No one in the village dared to approach him, but they all felt that something was wrong.
The next morning, when everyone began to prepare for the Christmas party, a terrible event occurred. A group of villagers, from children to the elderly, disappeared during the night. The houses were abandoned, the windows were broken, and there were strange traces leading deep into the dense pine forest.
A group of villagers, led by Erik – a strong carpenter – decided to go on a search. They entered the forest, with only a torch shining in the darkness. As they went deeper, the air became heavy, the tall pine trees seemed to block out the sky. Suddenly, they heard soft laughter, not of humans, but of some creature.
At this time, they began to discover traces of fresh blood on the snow. The deeper they went into the forest, the clearer those traces became, leading them to a desolate land, where a horrifying scene appeared.
3. Masks and Sacrifices
In the middle of the forest, under the cold moonlight, a crowd of strangers stood around a fire. They were not villagers, but people wearing strange masks, with empty eyes, devoid of any life in them. The masks they wore were like those of wild beasts, with red eyes that glowed like fire.
In the middle of the crowd, the Stranger - who had appeared on Christmas Eve - stood upright, holding a long knife in his hand, the light from the fire reflecting off the sharp blade. Each person in the crowd held a ritual object, and they began to chant strange incantations.
Erik and his group saw the scene, and one of them, an old woman named Greta, suddenly trembled and said: "This is not Christmas... This is The Sacrifice of the Mask."
This group of people had been caught up in an ancient ritual, where innocent lives had to be sacrificed to pray for a winter that would never end - a winter that would last forever, forever. Winter is the time when the Stranger, actually an ancient Forest God, returns to claim the lives of humans in exchange for his existence.
4. Blood on Christmas Eve
When the villagers realize that they have become the target of a bloody ritual, all hope is lost. They must fight against the cursed people, those who have lost their souls and become puppets in the hands of the Forest God.
The next scene is a Christmas night full of blood and carnage. The villagers fight desperately, but against the evil power of the Forest God and the monstrous creatures wearing masks, they cannot win. Every time a person falls, their blood mixes with the snow, turning into bright red streaks on the cold white ground.
Erik finally has to face the Stranger in a painful confrontation. They fought, but before Erik could end the Forest God's life, something strange happened. The Stranger laughed wildly, and said to Erik: "People like you will never escape this winter. We are part of it."
5. The Tragic Ending
When the first light of Christmas appeared, the village of Skogsdalen was wiped out. No one survived, and the strange masked strangers continued to retreat into the darkness of the forest. Christmas, for the villagers of Skogsdalen, was no longer a time for joy, but a curse.
And since then, every Christmas season, people still hear ghostly laughter in the dark night, and those who dare to walk into the forest on Christmas Eve will never return.
